Reservations and Table Deposits

  • Deposits: Some reservations may require a deposit to hold your table. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-show or late cancellations.

  • Cancellations: To receive a refund on reservation deposits, please cancel at least [24 or 48] hours in advance of your reservation time. Cancellations made within [24 or 48] hours of your reservation may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Canopy Wine Lounge are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.


Merchandise Purchases

  • Returns: If you are not satisfied with a merchandise purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss possible return options. Merchandise must be unused and in original condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened food and beverage items are not eligible for return or refund.
